System Design
All RedTeam implementations start with a customized System Design. A RedTeam Consultant will survey your leadership team in order to better understand the real-world challenges faced by your business, then work with you and your management team to develop a plan customized to address your immediate and long term business objectives. This plan includes the definition of roles, permissions and approval authority for your organization and the specification of terms and conditions that address your particular business policies and practices. In addition, we will also prioritize each feature and function according to what has the most immediate and positive impact on your business.

Data Preparation
To facilitate the implementation process and to avoid manual data entry, your company’s master lists will be imported into your system. A RedTeam Consultant will work with your team to export or create these lists in spreadsheet templates provided by RedTeam. As part of this process, the lists will be scrutinized for accuracy and completeness. The integrity of the data to be migrated into RedTeam is critical for accurate transactions and potentially legally binding documents. Preparing or scrubbing company data for migration and configuration is an essential and indispensable part of the implementation process.

System Administrator Orientation
To ensure organization and accountability, RedTeam will request you to designate someone from your organization to serve as your company's System Administrator. The System Administrator controls the permissions assigned to individual roles, and is the primary point of contact with RedTeam Software. Your System Administrator must be well acquainted with your business processes, internal controls, and highly trusted with the authority they will have to make changes throughout the system.

Training and Orientation
Training and orientation is a crucial investment into the successful implementation that will drive your bottom line results. RedTeam will provide Orientation and Training via a two-hour (2) live, web-based training session. It is paramount that key members of your leadership staff participate in Orientation. Engaging members from throughout your organization will ensure both immediate gains in productivity, and clear direction for lasting and continuous improvement as you progress.
