The initial configuration of your software includes a detailed assessment of your organization and development of a System Design by a RedTeam Consultant, preparation of your existing data for migration to your new software, and initial training and orientation for your entire team, as well as for your System Administrator. The Annual Fee entitles you to unlimited online (“Oops”) or telephone technical support.

As an option, excess concurrent sessions shall be billed monthly at $10 each per day. There will also be an additional charge for disk storage in excess of one gigabyte at the rate of $10 per month for each additional gigabyte used.
RedTeam Professional Services
The amount of required system design, data preparation and training may vary substantially between companies and users. Your total investment in implementation, therefore, will depend upon the condition of your existing data, the number of people in your organization, as well as the scope and scale of your business. RedTeam offers extended implementation, training and consultation services. All professional services provided by RedTeam are charged at the specified hourly rates.

Payment for consultation and expenses are due at the time of service. Fees may be paid in advance by check or at the time of service by credit card. Onsite consultation requires a four (4) hour minimum commitment, plus reimbursement of actual travel expenses (actual cost at IRS approved rates and travel time at ½ consultation rate) as needed. Online consultation requires a two (2) hour minimum commitment. Cancellation must be at least 48 hours in advance for onsite consultation and 24 hours in advance for online consultation. RedTeam may bill the minimum commitment in the event cancellation is not timely. Unused hours will be refunded promptly upon your request. Pricing not established by the Service Agreement is subject to change without notice.
Customization
A RedTeam Consultant will review your customization request and provide you with a Fixed Price Proposal. You will be charged an annual maintenance fee (20% of the original price) to ensure the customized feature remains compatible with the rest of the application.
