Implementation
|
There are three primary steps in the implementation process - Setup, Orientation and Startup. During Setup, a Certified Implementation Consultant will assist your team with the conversion and transfer of basic configuration and operational data to Team Service™. Orientation is a day long overview presentation of the application to your team, using your data. Startup is closely facilitated by RedTeam to ensure a smooth transition onto your new system. |

Training

For basic training requirements, RedTeam offers pre-recorded Webinars which may be viewed online at no charge [coming soon]. For more advanced topics, RedTeam offers both live online Webinars and onsite training options focused primarily on implementation of new features, adoption of best practices and process optimization. Popular training programs include Business Development, Estimating and Project Management. Upon request, RedTeam will also customize training curriculums to meet the specific needs of your organization. |

Support

Team Service™ is designed to facilitate essential industry-standard business processes, so users quickly achieve a high degree of proficiency following a comprehensive orientation on the system. In addition to online help, each Service Agreement includes unlimited online technical support. RedTeam carefully monitors the status of such support requests and is pleased to report that more than 90% are resolved in fewer than 60 minutes. In addition, RedTeam offers extended implementation, training and support through its Professional Services, including customization and consultation. |

For such needs, RedTeam will provide customization services under flexible arrangements.
A RedTeam Implementation Advisor will review your customization request and provide you with a Proposal.
In order to preserve the functionality of your customized solutions, you may elect an annual maintenance
agreement (20% of the original price) to ensure the customized feature remains compatible with the
rest of the application into the future.

Onsite consultation requires a four (4) hour minimum commitment, plus reimbursement of
actual travel expenses as needed.
Payment for consultation services and expenses are due at the time of service. Fees may be paid in
advance by check or at the time of service by credit card. Pricing not established by the Service
Agreement is subject to change without notice.
